## What Ramp Does

**AI expense intelligence** — Ramp's AI automatically categorizes transactions, flags anomalies, and identifies where companies are overspending. It surfaces specific savings opportunities: "You have 3 employees paying for Zoom individually when the company has an enterprise plan."

**Corporate cards** — Ramp issues physical and virtual Visa cards with per-card spend limits, merchant restrictions, and category controls. Cards can be created instantly for any employee or vendor.

**Automated accounting sync** — Ramp syncs with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, and Sage. Transactions are coded automatically based on merchant category and your custom rules, reducing manual bookkeeping to near zero.

**Bill pay and AP automation** — Ramp handles accounts payable: upload invoices, Ramp extracts the data, routes for approval, and schedules payment. Supports ACH, wire, and check.

**Travel booking** — Ramp's travel module lets employees book flights and hotels within policy, with the costs automatically appearing in the expense system.

**Vendor management** — Track all SaaS subscriptions, get renewal alerts, and see who's actually using each tool. Cancel unused subscriptions directly through Ramp.

Ramp is free for core expense management and corporate cards. Ramp Plus (~$15/user/month) adds advanced workflows, custom accounting, and priority support. Ramp earns interchange revenue on card transactions.
