Chatterence pairs a grounded web assistant with an analytics layer, sold as one product rather than two. The chatbot is scoped to answer only from content the business has actually published. The vendor's framing is that it "refuses to invent" rather than filling gaps with a plausible-sounding guess, and it discloses to visitors that they're talking to AI, not a person. Language coverage (30+ languages, including all official EU languages) comes from that same content-grounding rather than a bolt-on translation layer. The widget also ships with voice control, screen-reader, and keyboard-navigation support.

The second half is a business intelligence dashboard that puts chatbot conversation data next to the same operator's Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads, and Search Console figures, with a voice-query mode for asking the dashboard questions directly. The pitch: what visitors ask the chatbot is demand signal worth analyzing alongside paid-channel and search data, not just a support log. That's a genuinely different angle from most customer-support bots, which stop at deflection metrics.

Data handling is EU-only by design. Each client gets an isolated instance, data sits on EU servers, and the whole platform runs on a single technical cookie with no tracking cookies. The site markets this directly against GDPR and the EU AI Act rather than treating compliance as an afterthought, which fits the likely buyer: European SMEs for whom data residency is a procurement requirement.

Chatterence is built by AC Agency, a Las Palmas-based digital consultancy founded by Alan Curtis, operating since 1997. That history is independently confirmed via the agency's own site, which also lists AI strategy, WCAG accessibility, and GDPR compliance work as adjacent services. Two things are worth flagging before buying. No pricing is published anywhere on the site, so a quote or demo call is required to find out what it costs. And while the vendor states it has live installations in retail and food service, no client names, case studies, or independent reviews are publicly verifiable yet. This reads as an early-stage product from an established agency, not a widely deployed platform.
