The AI uses this data to recommend the right level of care: self-guided digital exercises for mild concerns, coaching for moderate stress or life transitions, therapy for clinical-level symptoms, or psychiatry for conditions requiring medication management.

This triage function is Spring Health's core value: it prevents the over-matching of clinical therapy to people who would benefit more from coaching, and ensures people with serious symptoms aren't directed to wellness content when they need clinical care.

## Care Navigation

Members work with a dedicated Care Navigator — a trained human who helps them understand the assessment results, select a provider from the network, schedule their first appointment, and troubleshoot any barriers to care.
