Most all-purpose chatbot builders require the buyer to configure a use case; Wagent already assumes the lead comes in on social media and needs to become a calendar booking.

Setup is billed as fast, the vendor claims about 12 minutes, and configuration happens by describing your offer, tone, and objection-handling rules in plain language rather than building a flow diagram. Once live, it runs a unified inbox across the three channels, drops Calendly links mid-conversation once a lead is qualified, and lets a human take over any conversation at any time, a meaningful feature for coaches wary of a bot mishandling a warm lead. Wagent states customer data isn't used to train public models, which will matter to buyers handling client information over WhatsApp.

Pricing is flat rather than seat- or usage-based: a 7-day free trial, then 279 EUR a month for unlimited messages, a figure independently corroborated on the vendor's own published rate-comparison pages. That's a real cost for a solo coach and a rounding error for an agency running paid ads; the product is priced and positioned for the latter.

The tradeoff for that narrowness: this isn't a general-purpose chatbot platform, and there's no visible published case study or review base yet to check the setup-time and conversion claims against independent users. Worth confirming Instagram and WhatsApp Business API access on your own account before signing up, since platform-side messaging limits sit outside Wagent's control.
